DSTA appoints SP Group to roll out smart utilities management system across Singapore's defence facilities

The Defence Science and Technology Agency has appointed SP Group to install, operate and maintain smart electricity and water meters at various Singapore Armed Forces’ camps and facilities. These meters collect data that track electricity and water usage, spot unusual patterns like leaks or spikes, and send alerts to tackle potential wastage.

As part of SP’s suite of smart building solutions, the newly installed devices empower a data-driven approach to improve operational and energy efficiency. The partnership underscores the importance of public-private collaboration to address environment challenges and advance long-term sustainability goals.
