Day and night, they keep the grid under constant surveillance through monitoring and analysis protocols, ensuring Singapore’s power network remains one of the world’s most reliable.

“Swift action, which requires knowledge and experience, is essential as every second lost would mean a delay in consumers getting their power supply back,” says Elmi.
