GET™ Insights

The Utility Monitoring and Insights dashboard, which is part of SPD’s GET™ Insights offering, allows customers to manage, monitor, report, analyse and optimise energy usage to help customers identify energy wastage and cost savings, and achieve sustainability targets.

GET Insights helps to form an integrated view of all energy aspects within a building, premises or across your portfolio in a single place relying on a number of data sources including existing meters, your energy management systems or by installing extra sensors to understand activities in your premises.

GET Insights and the Distributed Energy module also help to reduce energy bills by optimising the use of your onsite renewable energy resources (solar, batteries) and controlling demand while constantly striving to identify energy efficiency possibilities.

For customers, the objective can be to maximise self-consumption of renewables, manage grid constraints or just minimise the total costs of energy supply. Whatever the objective, GET Insights ensures that customers can maximise the value of their distributed energy resources.

In 2018, SP Digital deployed this GET Insights energy management system, that helped Sembcorp Marine monitor the 4.5 MWp Photovoltaic system (PV system), 2 MWh Energy Storage System (ESS) and its electrical loads across their shipyard. This provided visibility to Sembcorp Marine’s energy management team with in-depth performance of the PV system, ESS health and load patterns to better manage their energy usage, schedule maintenance and their work activities.

GET Insights also leveraged AI to forecast the load and automatically schedule the ESS battery system to charge and discharge to reduce the peak consumption from the grid. This helped Sembcorp Marine save on Uncontracted Capacity Charges (UCC) every month.

GET™ TenantCare

GET™ TenantCare is a smart and automated tenant submetering solution designed to help landlords and property owners to efficiently manage tenant energy consumption.

Backed by SP’s robust advanced metering infrastructure, GET TenantCare simplifies operational challenges involved in utilities management, enhances tenant engagement and frees up valuable time for building owners to focus on their core business.

GET™ Engaged

GET™ Engaged is a digital dashboard that provides real-time updates on the aggregated utilities consumption and resulting carbon emissions of a building or office, to promote sustainability in the built environment.

When displayed in areas of high footfall, GET Engaged creates greater environmental awareness amongst building occupants and visitors, while showcasing the company's efforts in sustainability.

In December 2020, SP installed residential Eco Boards at 10 HDB blocks in Tampines, boosting sustainability efforts to transform Tampines into Singapore’s first Eco-Town.

GET™ Control

The GETTM Control solution is a self-learning building intelligence system that utilises Artificial Intelligence and Internet of Things technologies to optimise air-conditioning and maximise energy efficiency, based on changes in occupancy and ambient weather conditions.

The smart damper system divides large indoor spaces open into micro-zones to enable granular air-flow control to each air-conditioning diffuser. With the predictive intelligence working together with all the sensors and smart dampers, air is sent to where it is needed, making the building space efficient and comfortable. Indoor air quality is always optimised by bringing the right amount of fresh air.

This innovative system enhances occupant wellbeing and thermal comfort while maximising energy efficiency.

SP has partnered 75F, a building intelligence solutions provider, to customise and implement this solution for Singapore’s tropical environment.

A sustainable building is a healthy building. The Indoor Environment module further complements GET Control to help building operators to monitor the indoor environmental quality in a building through sensors and interaction with the occupants of a building. The aim is to drive towards an optimal working environment that positively impacts the health, and productivity of occupants and improves efficiency of a building's ventilation.

GET™ Mobility

GET™ Mobility is a platform for managing different brands and models of charging stations remotely. It enables Charge Point Operators (CPO) to onboard and configure EV charging stations, set up tariff rates, and perform monitoring and troubleshooting activities.
